For qualified beneficiaries/dependents of active OWWA members who intend to enroll in any 4 to 5-year baccalaureate course in any preferred colleges/universities. Providing a maximum of Php 60,000 per school year.

A scholarship program for talented and deserving students in their third year who are pursuing science and technology degree programs. Up to 161,000+ per year of allowance and benefits.

Php 10,000 per annum for a maximum of 4 years to a qualified dependent of an OFW with active OWWA membership status at the time of his/her repatriation to the country from the declaration of the pandemic.

An educational financial assistance worth Php 20,000 per school year to qualified dependents of active OWWA members whose monthly salary is USD $600 or below. Enroll in any 4 or 5-year baccalaureate course or associate course.

A one-time tertiary education subsidy for dependents of repatriated, displaced or deceased OFWs worth Php 30,000. Intended for one (1) college-level dependent of an OFW who was repatriated, displaced or died during the COVID-19 pandemic.
