No email received from LANDBANK for TES application

Hello, Second year BSED student po ako, i applied for the TES LMPC on July this year, hindi parin po ako nakaka- receive nung email from Landbank, is it possible po na may problem po sa Gmail account na ginamit ko? on the application process kasi, nilagay ko yung account ko with a starting capital letter instead of just using the small one, pero both naman nakaka recreive ng messages if gamitin both may Capital letter or smaller letters. What can you suggest po with my issue, thank you.
